About the workbook ↓For people with responsibility
Full calendars, numerous projects and committed teams do not always produce visible progress. Der 100-Tage-Momentum-Plan addresses that gap.
For owners, managing directors and leaders in SMEs, industry, skilled trades, banking and care. You work on a specific bottleneck within your remit, with a clear mandate and the authority to make decisions.
The intended outcome is a reliable assessment, one important result and, in a complete programme, two tested workflows that others can take over. Progress may mean customer value, reliable delivery, quality, financial headroom or reduced workload.
The route through the workbook
Review customers, cash, work in progress, decisions and risks against reliable sources. Build a clear picture of the situation.
Choose one important result, stop unnecessary work and achieve the first usable delivery through shorter decision paths.
Turn an initial success into a repeatable workflow, with clear ownership, checked quality and evidence of performance, relief or economic value.
Transfer the tested approach to at least one further workflow and improve throughput without adding approval loops.
Share knowledge, enable other people to apply the approach independently and prepare the next improvement.
For everyday leadership
100 daily assignments take you from diagnosis to handover. Leadership questions, writing space, checklists and five phase reviews record decisions and unfinished work. Completed examples from industry, skilled trades, banking and care help you get started; the fictional Nordwerk case illustrates the method.
Measurement guidance supports fair comparisons before and after a change. A glossary and an index of worksheets and examples make it easier to find what you need. Existing working documents can be developed rather than replaced every day.
AI can help organise information, draft and compare options. There are 36 numbered prompts linked to planned full digital versions. People remain responsible for checking sources and making decisions. The whole programme can also be completed without AI.

Before publication
Not in the first release. The book and accompanying materials are planned in German. English and French website pages explain the offer; they do not announce translated editions.
It is intended for owners and leaders who can change a real process within their remit. A clear mandate and appropriate decision rights matter more than the size of the organisation.
100 daily assignments, five phase reviews, worksheets and completed examples support your own case. Measurement guidance, a glossary and an index help you navigate the work. Fictional cases are distinguished from the author’s personal experience.
No. The complete programme can be used without AI. Where useful, 36 numbered prompts help with preparation. Sources, conclusions and decisions still require human checking.
The framework covers 100 calendar days; assignments can be distributed across working days and shifts. Allow an initial 45–75 minutes for each of the ten diagnostic units, then use three to five hours of your own leadership work per week as a planning assumption. Data gathering, implementation and team time are additional. Adapt the scope and calendar to your mandate.
Publication is planned for October 2026. The exact date, price and ordering options are not yet confirmed. The book is not yet available to order.
