Der 100-Tage-Momentum-Plan
The German-language workbook follows five phases: establish the facts, create momentum, make progress repeatable, scale the working approach and embed lasting capability.
The digital library uses the prompt numbers from the book. Full prompts for copying and documented updates are being prepared in German.
From prompt to decision
Four steps for reliable application.

Clarify one concrete question.
Define the decision or working result you want to prepare, then choose the appropriate assignment.

Use reliable information.
Replace placeholders with suitable information of your own. Identify sources and gaps. Use only data that you are permitted to process in your chosen tool.

Check the result.
Separate supported facts from assumptions. Check figures and conclusions against original sources and use the review standard in the book.
- 04
Turn it into action.
Record the decision, the responsible person and the evidence of progress. Responsibility remains with you.

What can I use already?
The catalogue of all 36 assignments is public and searchable by term, number and phase. Its titles are in German. Application guidance is available on this page. Registration and full-text access are still in preparation.
Is my account only for one book?
One account is planned for the whole practice area. Each book code will unlock the materials for that publication.
Are the materials useful without the book?
They support the method, explanations and assignments in the book. They are a working companion and do not replace reading it.
Is there a community or access to everything?
A wider offer could be developed later. There is currently no cross-book full-text access or community subscription.
Why do I need a book code?
After email confirmation, a code is intended to unlock that book’s full digital materials. Registration is not open yet.
Do I need a particular AI tool or subscription?
You use the assignments in your own AI tool. This website does not run AI analysis. Required functions and subscriptions depend on the tool and task. Testing the initial prompt versions with current models has not yet been documented.
Will company data be uploaded here?
No company-data upload is planned for these assignments. Copy a prompt and add appropriate information within your own approved AI tool.
How will revisions work?
Prompt numbers will remain stable. Revisions are intended to carry a version, date and change note, with editorial review. They will not update automatically whenever a new AI model appears.
Useful tools can become better.
Is an assignment unclear, or do you have a specific suggestion? Include the prompt number and briefly explain where you got stuck. Please do not include confidential company information.
