How I start

My first 30 days in a mandate

I create clarity quickly without judging people or structures prematurely. I use AI where it connects information faster and makes options testable – while I remain accountable for judgement, decisions and execution.

01Days 1–5

Listen, show presence, understand

I speak with owners, leaders, sales, key people, selected customers and relevant operating interfaces. With AI support, I condense pipeline, P&L, margin, cash, projects, capabilities and culture into a testable situation picture faster.

  • stakeholder, customer and interface picture
  • initial risk and decision map
  • visible leadership presence
02Days 6–15

Decide and focus

I prioritise the central enterprise constraint, opportunities, risks and leadership decisions. I test market and action options in parallel, clarify roles and align communication around the shared why.

  • commercial and operational priorities
  • tested market and action options
  • 90-day plan
03Days 16–30

Execute and embed

I launch concrete commercial and operational actions, establish a dependable leadership and execution cadence and make relevant knowledge reusable across the organisation.

  • first commercial and operational actions
  • leadership and execution rhythm
  • scorecard, decision log and knowledge routine

What is tangible after 30 days

  1. 01One shared one-page situation picture
  2. 02Commercial and operational priorities
  3. 03An executable 90-day plan
  4. 04A risk and decision log
  5. 05A clear leadership and execution cadence

Positionierung

Numbers yes – insolvency administration no

I keep P&L, margin, cash and business impact in view. If liquidity, financing or insolvency-specific work becomes central to the mandate, I immediately add specialist restructuring-finance expertise. My own focus is commercial realignment, operational stabilisation and culturally effective change.
